Submission of an RFQ or enquiry does not constitute an order or create a binding obligation. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may change if specifications, quantities, materials, branding, packaging, shipping requirements or other project conditions change.

3. Samples

Sample availability, cost and lead time depend on the selected product and customization requirements. Approval of a sample does not waive agreed production tolerances or other confirmed specifications.

4. Orders

Commercial orders are governed by the quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order acceptance or other written terms agreed for the specific transaction.

Production normally begins only after required specifications, artwork, commercial terms and applicable payments have been confirmed.

5. Product Variations

Minor variations may occur between production batches due to materials, manufacturing processes, color systems or other normal production factors. Applicable requirements and tolerances should be agreed before production.

6. Intellectual Property
